KĀHALA

If life was meant to be showered in elegance then this Tropical Mediterranean Style residence would be the place to call home. Taking advantage of over 200 linear feet of Beachfront paradise the rooms were arranged in three separate pavilions opening up to a seductive swimming pool and ocean beyond. Concrete construction with structural steel beams.

KAILUANA

This dream estate, tucked away at the end of Kailua beach sits on a quiet peninsula between the blue Pacific ocean and the Kawainui canal. Commanding panoramic views of the coastline, the Mokulua Islands, and the majestic Koolau mountains, it exemplifies beachfront living at its finest. The Tropical Island Style architecture celebrates the historical significance of the site by remembering the past.

PORTLOCK

Tropical Craftsman Style: Living without walls; capturing the mesmerizing views, sounds, and connection to the turquoise ocean. That was the daring idea that set this design in motion. Filmed in episodes in Hawaii 5-0. Concrete construction with Structural steel beams was required to open up the house to live freely without visual barriers.

Lēʻahi

A home built in a Royal Place. What once was a fish pond preserved for the Kings is now the location of this new Tropical Island Style home. Sliding doors open up the walls on 3 sides to a lagoon style swimming pool, awaiting to be entered. Concrete Construction with Structural Steel Beams provide the shear strength to achieve this amazing concept.

KĀHALA

Winding between the Banyan tree and water lily pond sits this Modern Tropical Style residence on Kahala Avenue. A private beach right outside the great room doors offers the option to play in the ocean or relax by the pool.

SUNSET COLONY

Tropical Island Style: Coral stone walls and hardwood millwork are combined with Board & Batten siding and wood shake roof to blend this design into the beachfront environment. Disappearing corners invite the sunset & surf inside.

LĀʻIE

There is a place on the windward side that is only known by a lucky few. The sand is golden and the water pristine. Nature thrives. Imagine waking up to enjoy this private paradise. This Tropical Style Villa was delicately placed between the existing palm trees reducing the impact to the site and blending in with the natural surroundings.

MĀNOA HEIGHTS

Set against the Mountain high above its surroundings, sits this Tropical Craftsman style home. The driveway may be steep and windy, but it leads to a spectacular vista of Waikiki, Diamond Head and beyond. Filmed in for an episode of Hawaii 5-0.

MĀNOA VALLEY

Remembering the by gone era of yesteryear was the driving force behind this Manoa Cottage design. Board & Batten siding, metal roof, and painted trim. A front porch that welcomes the guests and also provides the comfort that you are now home.

PAIKŌ LAGOON

Tropical Modern Architecture: Intersecting Flat roofs with clean simple lines achieve the modern look and the lava rock veneer walls and stained hardwood millwork evokes the character of the islands. Long Deep overhangs provide shade for outdoor living and watching sunsets. Concrete construction and structural steel beams enable the building to withstand hurricane force winds.

WAIʻALAE IKI

High atop on Waialae Nui Ridge sits a Contemporary Home placed on a steep site with a specular view of east Oahu. It floats in the air on a Concrete Columns and steel beams and is anchored to the ground with the swimming pool and recreational areas.

WAILUPE

Tropical Contemporary Home: Located on a peninsula with the turquoise ocean just a few feet below the site was the inspiration for this design. With the doors wide open the natural surroundings to be enjoyed each day. Concrete construction with Structural Steel Beams protects the Building in gale force winds.

HAWAIʻI LOA

Located at the top of Hawaii Loa Ridge on the perimeter of the mountain is the site where this spectacular Tropical Style Residence was created. The architecture embodies the spirit of the mountain itself. Exotic Hardwoods and Lava Rock walls were used to blend in with the forest. Sliding doors open up the walls inviting the mountain to enter inside.
